The Brand Spanking New NATO Chief is a WEF Globalist Shill: Mark Rutte
Enlightened centrist "Teflon Mark" is a climate crook hurting his own people and soon — America, too.
Westphalian sovereignty, an international legal principle that establishes a state’s exclusive right to rule, is poison to globalist collectives like the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the European Union (EU), the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations (UN), and countless others, whose major managerial ambitions often misalign with the will of the people.
This week’s Faces of Tyranny is Mark Rutte, the outgoing Dutch Prime Minister, and next NATO Secretary-General. This former HR manager and history teacher is a globalist goon who loves to globetrot and rub elbows with a myriad of politicians and corporate executives while pushing garbage-tier policies.
The early days
Rutte was born in The Hague. He attended the Maerlant Lyceum school from 1979 until 1985, studying art.
Rutte served on the board of the Youth Organisation Freedom and Democracy (JOVD), a Dutch youth organization friendly with the centrist People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), of which he was their chair from 1988 to 1991. Although his original plan was to become a concert pianist, Rutte instead studied history at Leiden University, obtaining an MA in 1992.
After his studies, Rutte entered the business world. He worked as a personnel manager for Unilever and its food subsidiary Calvé until 1997. Rutte played a leading role in several reorganizations while on Unilever’s HR team.
Meanwhile, between 1993 and 1997, Rutte was a VVD national board member. After that, Rutte was a staff manager of Van den Bergh Nederland, another Unilever subsidiary, between 1997 and 2000.

Rising through the ranks
In 2000, Rutte became a Corporate Human Resources Group member. In 2002, he became an HR manager for IgloMora Groep, ANOTHER Unilever subsidiary. Around this time, Rutte served as a member of the VVD candidate committee for their 2002 general election and was elected as a member of Parliament in 2003.
During that time, Rutte was briefly a member of the House of Representatives in 2003. Rutte served as State Secretary (Deputy Minister) at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment from 2002 to 2004 and at the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science until 2006. He has led the VVD since 2006.
Rutte later served as State Secretary for Higher Education and Science, within the Education, Culture and Science Ministry from 2004 to 2006. Rutte resigned from his government position in 2006 to return to the House of Representatives and soon became the parliamentary leader of the VVD and campaign manager for the 2006 municipal elections.
After the VVD lost in the 2006 Dutch municipal election, the party held an internal election for a new lead candidate, in which Rutte competed. During the elections, he promoted a populist message that targeted the Dutch elite. However, Rutte’s VVD 2006 general election campaign got off to a bad start.
In November 2006, it was discovered that populist Rita Verdonk managed to get more votes than Rutte, with 553k votes against Verdonk's 620k. After repeatedly criticizing VVD policy, Rutte expelled her from the party's parliamentary faction in 2007.
When not being a politician and ruthless political strategist, Rutte enjoys teaching. Since September 2008, Mark Rutte has been a guest lecturer at Varias College in The Hague, teaching Dutch and social studies.
The Prime Minister
Rutte became the Prime Minister of the Netherlands in 2010 and was re-elected in 2012, 2017, and beyond. During this time, he took advantage of his political power to forge alliances with world leaders. Despite his nickname “Teflon Mark”, Rutte has had several scandals.
Rutte attended a 2017 Bloomberg Global Business Forum alongside Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, BlackRock Chairman and CEO Larry Fink, and Blackstone Chairman and CEO Stephen Schwarzman to talk about the future of international trade with host Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Lagarde and Fink are WEF board of trustees members.
Rutte wrote one article for the WEF back in 2017, advocating for more climate change policies to protect against water scarcity, including a “Valuing Water Initiative”. It’s a multinational partnership related to the UN’s 6th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG): “Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all”. For a broader context, the UN, EU, and WEF have co-developed and promoted 17 total SDGs as part of their broader “Agenda 2030” globalist agenda since 2015.
Since at least 2019, the Dutch government has been pushing for a near-50% reduction in emissions by 2030, and a 95% reduction by 2050. This climate sustainability plan is related to the 13th SDG: “Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts”. The creepy eyeball SDG art logo at the top of the infographic was a nice touch, by the way.
Trudeau and Rutte have been described as “golden pin-up boys for Klaus Schwab” by Sky News host Rowan Dean. He reminded viewers of Trudaeu’s despotic COVID response and reviewed Rutte boasting about Holland’s participation in the WEF’s Global Food Innovation Hubs program that transforms food systems and land use.
Dutch farmers were furious at Rutte’s government’s incredibly irresponsible policies and responded by organizing mass protests and vandalization in the face of their farm closures. These managerial class buffoons don’t deserve to be calling the shots because these drastic SDGs will destroy any nation’s agricultural industry.
The Centrist Warmonger
Rutte has been saber-rattling for years, taking on the role of a Dutch neocon beautifully. During a 2020 parliamentary debate, Rutte floated dissolving and reforming the EU without Poland and Hungary, accusing their governments of subverting democracy and dismantling the rule of law.
His government resigned in 2021 after a major childcare tax subsidies scandal was discovered, with Rutte taking responsibility “…for wrongful accusations of fraud by the tax authorities that drove thousands of families to financial ruin, often on the basis of ethnicity.” That following year, Rutte was caught deleting text messages every day for years against Dutch law.
As Prime Minister, Rutte has adversely engaged with Russia, China, and the Middle East. In 2023, America, Japan, and the Dutch agreed to limit certain advanced chip exports to China. In 2024, the Dutch government placed more restrictions on some advanced chip-making equipment shipments to China.
In March, Rutte met with Chinese President Xi Jinping and tried to pressure him into influencing Russia over Ukraine. In that meeting, Xi ominously warned Rutte that no force can stop China’s scientific and tech progress. In May, Rutte authorized Ukraine to use Dutch-supplied F-16 fighter jets to strike targets inside Russia. Further, he has pushed for sanctions against Iran and threatened Israel with sanctions if the IDF invaded Rafah.
Rutte announced his departure from politics in 2023 to focus on his history teaching after he oversaw the collapse of his four-party coalition over immigration policy differences and impotently resigned again. For whatever reason, Rutte had a change of heart on quitting politics. Now he’ll be the next NATO Secretary-General after winning the 2023 election.
Frankly, the deep state wanted this guy to win. Romanian President Klaus Iohannis dropped out of the running and cleared the way for Rutte, a decision that the US deep state’s Secretary of State Antony Blinken was deeply appreciative of. As we speak, Rutte is preparing to assume his new NATO Secretary-General responsibilities, while Dick Schoof takes over as PM. He will officially take over in October, succeeding Jens Stoltenberg. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump, a staunch opponent of NATO, is looking more and more like the next US president as Biden’s favorability has plummeted post-debate, deeply worrying the NATO and EU elitists. NATO is reportedly preparing for a “Trump-proof” Plan B for Ukraine. The next NATO Summit will be held this month in D.C. from the 9th until the 11th, but Rutte is expected to hang out in the background for it.

Turning tides
Suggesting that Trump’s increasingly probable victory in November is a giant pain in the ass for Europe’s corrupt and convoluted globalist elitists is a bit of an understatement. Rutte will be running 32 member states as an increasingly right-wing world rejects the modern left’s globalist brand of turnkey totalitarianism in favor of nationalism. This spells major disaster for Rutte and anyone else hungry for war and global domination, but too European to admit it.
